personalised training program ( 10 weeks)
You will participate in a detailed consultation to establish your goals, training history, training capacity and personal characteristics. Body composition and baseline performance assessments will be established.
You will then receive an overview of a training plan to put you in optimal condition to achieve your goals, and a detailed training plan for the next fortnight. You will then receive fortnightly training plans in advance, based on your goals and importantly tweaked as required according to your response to training and the intrusions of everyday life.
Throughout your program you will maintain phone and/or email contact with your coach to monitor your training progress. If you train with a heart rate monitor or power meter files can be sent for analysis, but using perceived exertion (how hard it feels) can provide great results.
