I have been passionate about health and fitness most of my life. After a successful career in the health care sector, I pursued my interests in fitness training by establishing Sisu Fitness. I like people. I like helping people. I enjoy a challenge, and I like to do everything professionally while having fun.
My personal training specialities include weight loss, functional training and aerobic endurance. I enjoy working with people who are new to fitness and training, people who are not comfortable in gyms, people of advancing (and advanced) years, and people who want to have fun.

I have been a health and fitness professional for 10 years, working as a Personal Trainer (both here in Australia and in the UK), an Occupational Health and Rehabilitation advisor and as a lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology.
Prior to a full time career in health and fitness I was a National level Decathlete (1995-2002) with an AFL playing history. These days, my training goals centre on being functionally fit for all fun outdoor pursuits!
My current training practice and philosophy reflects my interest in yoga, pilates and eastern healing.
