where is training held?

Most training is in the Sisu Fitness Studio, although on occasions we may use some of the local parks.

  

how often do I need to train?

That depends on how active your lifestyle is. If training with Sisu Fitness is all the exercise you plan on doing, then 2 or 3 sessions a week is recommended. One session a week is fine if you have other sources of activity such as a gym membership, riding to work, pilates classes or similar.

  

how do I pay?

Just pay as you go: cash, cheque or bank deposit. No membership fees, no minimum number of sessions. Sisu fitness clients keep coming back week after week, month after month because they are having fun and getting results, not because they are worried about wasting money.

  

what should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. This is training, not a fashion show.

  

what do I need to bring?

A water bottle, towel and a hat if we are going outdoors.

  

what kind of exercise do you do?

Sisu fitness specialises in functional training and cardio/endurance conditioning. Group classes frequently use circuit training principles. Personal training sessions will address specifically your fitness goals and postural issues.
